Blackstone has appointed Savills and JLL to lease its 220,000 sq ft refurbishment project at 84 Theobalds Road, WC1.
The project on the site of the former Lacon House – to be rebranded Lacon London – includes a roof garden, renovation of the reception and revamped grade-A office space.
Architect Sheppard Robson and interior designer Morey Smith designed the building, which is expected to complete in Q1 2016.
Blackstone bought the property from Deutsche Asset and Wealth Management in 2013 for £90m.
