IT company QA is taking more space at Blackstone’s International House, 1 St Katharines Way, E1.
The company agreed a 10-year lease of 16,000 sq ft on the second floor. It has already signed for 30,000 sq ft on the third floor of the building.
There is 75,000 sq ft remaining to be let at the 215,000 sq ft property.
