Blackstone is taking a further 40,000 sq ft on Berkeley Square, W1, as it boosts it UK headcount.
The world’s largest private equity firm has taken the space at the 352,000 sq ft Berkeley Square House, on the opposite side of the square to its London HQ, with plans to move in some back-office staff.
Berkeley Square House forms part of the Saudi-owned Berkeley Square Estate.
