Blackstone has fully let Commodity Quay, E1, after signing technology and communications company the Six Degrees Group to take the final 18,000 sq ft.

The group has signed a 15-year lease for the new space, while extending its leasehold on the 22,000 sq ft it already occupies in the 140,000 sq ft building and committing to a 15-year lease.

Blackstone bought St Katherine Docks next to the Tower of London via its acquisition of Nick Leslau and Mike Brown’s Max Property Group.

It is now focusing on the refurbishment of International House, delivering more than 100,000 sq ft of new TMT-orientated space to the market.

The work forms part of Blackstone’s wider vision to capitalise on St Katharine Docks’ waterside location as a business, retail, and leisure destination.
