Blair Lewis, executive managing director of Situs, has left the company months after it bought Hatfield Philips International.
Lewis, who was the chief executive of HPI when Situs bought it from Starwood in November, said that with the integration of the two companies “well on the road” to being completed, he will take some time with his family before pursuing his next opportunities.
He said he was “very proud” to have worked with Starwood Property Trust and Situs over the past three years.
Nick Rudenstine, president of Situs, said: “Blair is a great leader and Situs was fortunate to have the benefit of his experience and guidance during the acquisition, and through the integration. We are grateful for his many contributions to the combined business and wish him well on his future endeavours.”
