Prosthetics products supplier Blatchford has taken 30,700 sq ft at SEGRO’s Kingsland Business Park in Hampshire.
Blatchford is believed to be paying £8 per sq ft on a 15-year lease for the Basingstoke property – one of the four “Antura” units, which it will use for research and development, and its head office.
It joins tenants including logistics firm City Link and wine merchant Berry Bros & Rudd.
