Investor-developer Bloom and investor TPG Angelo Gordon have secured leases with four new occupiers covering a total of 38,000 sq ft across their central London ultra-urban industrial portfolio at rents of roughly £40 per sq ft.
At Bloom Brixton, on Brixton Hill, SW2, catering company Thomas Franks has agreed to take 7,877 sq ft in Unit A, the largest of the newly built double-storey units on the site, while at Bloom Hackney, E9, Fuse Energy has agreed to take 4,635 sq ft.
At Bloom Park Royal, on Eldon Way, NW10, sustainable IT provider Klyk has taken 2,968 sq ft in Unit 12 and manufacturer Isembard has signed for 2,198 sq ft in Unit 7, taking the 12-unit estate to full occupancy.
At Bloom Poplar, E14, digital infrastructure technology company Colt Technology Services has agreed 20,256 sq ft of lease renewals and regears.
The leases were agreed for lengths ranging from five to 15 years.
