Blooms of Bressingham has pulled out of merger talks and is instead considering selling some of its garden centres.
Blooms claimed none of the approaches reflected its prospects in terms of developing its property assets.
It will turn its attention to an offer for its three smaller non-core garden centres and it is exploring interest in its plant marketing business.
