The University College London Hospitals Charity has put an unbroken terrace of flats at 46-60 Huntley Street, WC1, up for sale.
Bids in excess of £15.5m are being sought for the eight Grade II listed buildings, which have a passing rent of £608,150 pa – a 3.9% yield.
The properties contain 23 flats let on the open market to a range of tenants.
UCLHC is selling the buildings though Knight Frank to help fund health facility developments and in particular the new development on its Middlesex campus.
Nick Pleydell-Bouverie, partner, Knight Frank residential capital markets, said: “46-60 Huntley Street comprises an extremely rare unbroken freehold terrace of residential properties in central London, offering an immediate and highly secure income stream. The investment also presents a range of exciting opportunities to further enhance value and income in the future.”
