Niche West End office agency Bluebook has recruited former H2SO partner and head of central London lease advisory at Colliers International Felix Fiennes as a salaried partner.
Fiennes, whose clients include Derwent London, Land Securities, DTZ Investors, CBRE Global Investors, and LaSalle Investment Management, will work alongside Bluebook partner Nick Powell in providing lease advisory and asset management advice to the firm’s central London landlord and occupier clients.
Powell founded Bluebook two years ago alongside Chris Watkin and Joe Fuller and with Fiennes’ appointment the firm now has seven fee earners.
Earlier this year the company appointed Nick Shepherd as a non-executive advisor.
Powell said: “Felix and I have worked together previously and we are delighted to be doing so again. His skill set and contact base will enable us to expand the first-class asset management and lease advisory service we offer clients.”
Rob Hayes, Colliers Central London Office Investment co-head, said: “We wish Felix the very best for the future and thank him for his contribution to the business. We have now restructured the team, which will be led by directors Laura Beatson, Courtenay Gardener and Mark Masefield with associate, Helen Wallace.”
