Specialist video and CD company BMG Records is looking for a new distribution unit within a 10 mile radius of West Bromwich, West Midlands.
The manufacturer of CDs for Take That and other bands has appointed Hillier Parker’s Kevin Cooper to find a 7,432 sq m (80,000 sq ft) unit with expansion space to service its production plant in West Bromwich on just-in-time principles.
According to Cooper, BMG already has a 4,645 sq m (50,000 sq ft) unit in the town, but the lease expires shortly. In addition the company, which is owned by Bertelsmann, is expanding rapidly and hopes to meet future needs through its next move.
