BMO completes St Albans lettings

Office-to-let-generic-THUMB.jpegBMO Real Estate Partners has let the remaining space in its Churchill House office block in St Albans.

The Canadian company has let the 7,961 sq ft first floor to Modality Systems, a communications systems company, which will pay £26.50 per sq ft on a ten-year lease.

Savills and Gallagher & Associates were the agents.

Andrew Willcock, director in the South East business space agency team at Savills, said: “This latest deal to Modality Systems which takes Churchill House to full occupancy is a testament to the strength of the local market.

“St Albans continues to rise in popularity with businesses looking for high-quality office space in a well-connected location. As a result, rents have continued to increase in the area, rising from £23 per sq ft to £26.50 per sq ft in just over a year.”
