BMO Real Estate Partners has put a South East office portfolio totalling £86m up for sale.
It consists of five office buildings located across three business parks: Thames Valley One and Two at Thames Valley Park in Reading, buildings A and B at Watchmoor Park in Camberley, and 3 The Square at Stockley Park in Uxbridge.
Tenants include Jive Software, Canon and hospitality provider BaxterStorey.
BMO REP is an investment and property specialist within BMO Global Asset Management, which is part of the Bank of Montreal’s investment business. It has a UK portfolio worth £2.5bn.
CBRE has been appointed to advise on the sale.
