BMO signs IT firm CACI in Leeds

agreement-signature-generic-THUMB.jpegBMO Real Estate has signed IT and telecoms consultancy CACI to take 3,481 sq ft at 8 St Paul’s Street in Leeds.

The IT company, which acquired Rockshore Group in July 2015, has agreed a five-year lease on the fifth floor of the building, where quoting rents are £18.50 per sq ft.

Other tenants at the partially-let building include IPS Group and family law solicitors Jones Myers.

Patisserie Valerie and Wolf Street Food operate from retail units on the ground floor.

Savills and Carter Towler acted for BMO Real Estate; CACI was represented by Carter Jonas.
