BMO Real Estate has signed IT and telecoms consultancy CACI to take 3,481 sq ft at 8 St Paul’s Street in Leeds.
The IT company, which acquired Rockshore Group in July 2015, has agreed a five-year lease on the fifth floor of the building, where quoting rents are £18.50 per sq ft.
Other tenants at the partially-let building include IPS Group and family law solicitors Jones Myers.
Patisserie Valerie and Wolf Street Food operate from retail units on the ground floor.
