BMO’s commercial property trust has punched through the £1bn barrier as its NAV inches up.
The trust’s net asset value rose by 4.2% over the third quarter to 130p per share, or £1.01bn.
BMO said net asset total returns were 5% for the quarter ending 30 September, 13.5% for the year to date. The share price total return for the quarter was 7.5%, or 25% for the year so far.
BMO said rent collection for the trust stood at 92.4%, while the void rate across the £1.1bn portfolio was 2.4%.
The St Christopher’s Place owner has completed £180.5m of disposals over the quarter as part of its strategy to adjust sector weightings, boosting its industrial and retail warehouse holdings.
