Paul Curson will join BNP Paribas Real Estate towards the end of the month as director of property management.
Curson moves from JLL, where he spent the past 27 years, most recently as head of property and asset management for the North East and Yorkshire. He led the 13-strong team in Leeds, along with managing two funds comprising 160 properties across the UK.
In the new role, Curson will continue to be based in Leeds, working on Government Property Agency contracts.
Steve Harber, head of UK property management at BNP Paribas Real Estate, said: “We are strengthening our leadership team following some high-profile wins such as the recent Government Property Agency contract. Paul brings a wealth of property management experience and a proven track record of delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.”
