BNP Paribas’ Antonini named top property analyst

 


Property investment analyst Remi Antonini of Exane BNP Paribas has taken top place in the property category of the annual Extel Pan-European Survey of brokers and research firms.


 


The survey rates fund management firms on their overall quality of service and industry knowledge.


 


It represents the views of 7,500 investment professionals around the world.


 


JPMorgan’s Harm Meijer came second, followed by Bernd Stahli from Merrill Lynch.


 


Morgan Stanley’s Martin Allen was awarded fourth place and Mike Prew from Lehman Brothers took fifth spot.


 


Merrill Lynch’s Sarah Cooper was named the top real estate sales specialist, followed by City Investment Research’s Alan Carter.


 


Merrill Lynch was also named the number one brokerage firm in the real estate equity research category.
