BNP Paribas Real Estate and Strutt & Parker have relocated their Cambridge office to M&G and Wrenbridge’s Brooklands Campus at 1-2 Brooklands Avenue.
The move will see the company occupy 1,700 sq ft on the ground floor of the B1 building, which is located on the corner of Clarendon Road and Brooklands Avenue.
It follows the company’s recent announcement that it had chosen to relocate its Bristol office to CBRE IM’s Halo on Counterslip in Redcliffe, where the company agreed to take 3,000 sq ft on the building’s ground floor.
The company has made several other recent improvements to its UK portfolio.
In London the company moved its City office to the 18th floor of 5 Aldermanbury Square, EC2, and sublet its former space on the second and third floors of the building. It also moved its London HQ to Harewood Avenue in Marylebone, NW1.
Beyond the capital, BNP Paribas Real Estate moved its Glasgow office to HFD Group’s 177 Bothwell Street block in 2022.
Etienne Prongué, chief executive of BNP Paribas Real Estate UK, said: “Following our recent investment in our Bristol office, our move to Brooklands underlines our long-term commitment to a regional model that reflects the way our people want to work. Cambridge is a globally important location for knowledge-led business, and Brooklands provides the kind of amenity-rich, sustainable workplace that enables our teams to thrive while supporting our clients with deep local market expertise.”
BNP Paribas Real Estate was advised by Tesson Consulting Limited, while M&G was advised by Bidwells and Savills.
