BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management has named a new leader for its business in the UK.
The company has appointed Benoit de la Boulaye as head for the UK, saying it sees “huge opportunities” in the market.
De la Boulaye has worked for BNP Paribas REIM since 2011, moving from France to the firm’s London office in 2019 when he was head of separate account and mandate.
“The UK is a strategically important market for us where we see vast potential for long-term growth,” de la Boulaye said. “Our focus is now to continue to grow our dedicated service offer in the UK and we have ambitious plans to become one of the most innovative and ESG-driven firms.”
