BNP Paribas Real Estate has set up a new UK team to advise occupiers.
Dan Bayley, who has spent more than two decades with the business and is its co-head of Central London offices, will lead a new unit as head of tenant representation.
The team will advise occupiers with leasing, strategy and building consultancy as well as working alongside the firm’s occupier solutions team, led by Tom Bolland.
Bayley said: “The UK’s real estate sector is one of the most innovative in Europe, which is reflected in the extensive choice of space on offer, with everything from co-working, serviced offices and traditional leases – all developed to support different occupier needs.
“In extraordinary times like this, the industry’s ability to adapt and develop workspace solutions that respond to new and changing demands from occupiers will be key.”
