BNP PRE announces 80 UK promotions

BNP Paribas Real Estate has promoted 80 employees across its UK business.

These include eight people who have been promoted to senior director, 12 to director, 14 to senior associate director and 21 to associate director.

The promotions are across a wide range of geographies and all business lines including residential, rural, commercial and central functions, and include employees within Strutt & Parker, which BNP PRE acquired in 2017.

BNP Paribas Real Estate UK chief executive Etienne Prongué said: “It’s fulfilling to see many of our talented people choosing to develop their careers at BNP Paribas Real Estate and Strutt & Parker.

The eight senior directors promoted in the business are:

  • Andrew Greed, lease advisory, Bristol
  • Dan Scott, valuation, Cambridge
  • Daniel Wye, property management, London
  • Hannah Bloxham, rural, Cirencester
  • Maria O’Brien, client finance, Birmingham
  • Nick Pell, development & planning, London
  • Oliver Custance Baker, national country house department, London
  • Tim Edmunds, building consultancy, London

The 12 directors promoted in the business are:

  • Anna Loweth, rural, Stamford
  • Catherine Ashworth, property management, Manchester
  • George Hollis, valuation, Bristol
  • Iain Cairns, office agency, Leeds
  • Jonny Willett, rural, Inverness
  • Kathryn Donkin, rural, Lewes
  • Lee Bannon, valuation, Chelmsford
  • Simon Ridley, lease advisory, London
  • Stephanie Li, finance, London
  • Rebecca Shafran, research, London
  • Tom Folland, residential agency, Exeter
  • William Bell, rural, Stamford
