BNP Paribas expands CPO team

BNP-PRE-CPO-team-570pxBNP Paribas Real Estate has expanded its Bristol-based compulsory purchase and infrastructure team with the appointment of Alasdair Lowe as associate director.

Lowe (pictured above left) will join from Midlands-based Hamer Associates, where he represented landowners and housebuilders affected by the HS2 rail project.

BNP Paribas’ compulsory purchase and infrastructure team is involved in handling claims against HS2 and has already achieved settlements of more than £200m for clients affected by phase one, and is handling around 25% of the property cost estimate in claims for that phase.

The team has already been instructed on some of the largest claimant instructions for phase two of HS2 in the North.
