BNP Paribas Real Estate has strengthened its development and planning team with the appointment of Rob Holloway as senior director.
Holloway brings nearly two decades of consultancy expertise in development planning and transport strategy and joins from RSK where he held the role of senior associate director.
In his new role, Holloway will support landowners, developers, and stakeholders to unlock the full potential of land and development opportunities. He will focus on bolstering the firm’s regional expertise, including utilising experience in multidisciplinary project management to provide an overseeing role for landowners and a proactive management role for developers.
Tom Stanley, head of development and planning at BNP Paribas Real Estate, said: “Rob’s ability to identify risks to delivery early, build trust with key stakeholders, and lead teams through complex challenges is exactly what our clients need in today’s planning and development landscape.”
This appointment comes shortly after Kevin Hunt joined the consultancy as head of Bristol office, Katie Lamb joined as senior director in development and planning, and Nick Ridley joined as head of property management services.
