BNP Paribas Real Estate has appointed Ian Bragg as head of building consultancy.
Bragg joins from GVA Bilfinger, where he was a senior director and joint head of building consultancy with responsibility for business development nationally.
He has 23 years’ of market experience, 10 of which were spent at GVA and the remainder at Donaldsons, where he was a partner.
He specialises in advising on the technical risks of purchasing and developing property. Notable schemes with which he has been involved include the Old War Office in Whitehall, the Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane and the Canadian Embassy on Grosvenor Square.
BNP Paribas Real Estate said it was expanding its plans for growth in the UK in both transactional and consulting business lines.
