Allsop has hired a new partner from BNP Paribas Real Estate, where he is currently a director in city investment.
The firm has appointed Chris Room, who will be on gardening leave until September, as a salaried partner.
Room is the third BNP City investment agent to leave the company this year, after Richard Garside and James Hiatt left in February to join CBRE.
James Abrahams, equity partner at Allsop, said “[Chris will] help grow our ever expanding London presence across the City, City Fringes, West End and Southwark where we are involved in many creative and exciting projects.”
