BNP Paribas Real Estate has appointed Richard Phillips from Montagu Evans as an associate director in its out-of-town retail team.
Patrick Heaps, head of retail at BNP Paribas Real Estate, said: “Richard’s appointment is part of our planned, continued growth across the retail market. He is a well-known specialist in the out-of-town sector and has great experience in advising both landlords and tenants throughout the UK.”
