BNP PRE reveals new Birmingham chief

Paul Rixon is to replace Tim Suffield as head of BNP Paribas Real Estate’s Birmingham office next month.

Suffield leaves the company after three years in the role to pursue personal interests.

Rixon, a logistics and lease advisory senior director, has been with BNP Paribas Real Estate for three years and was previously with Fuller Peiser for eight years.

He begins his new job on 1 December.

BNP Paribas Real Estate chief executive Mark England said: “I am delighted that Paul has accepted the role of head of Birmingham and am confident that together with the office executive he will take the office to new heights.

“We thank Tim for leadership of the office over the last three years and wish him well in his future.”

Rixon added: “I am excited about the challenge of heading a market-leading office and working with the Birmingham office executive to shape the future direction of the company in this region.”

Suffield said: “I felt that it was the right time to move on to fresh challenges.

“I have enjoyed my time with Fuller Peiser and BNP Paribas Real Estate and leave on extremely good terms.”
