Roger Holt, senior director at BNP Paribas Real Estate in Southampton, is leaving the company to launch his own firm, Holt Consult.
Holt said: “The new company will substantially be offering advice and consultancy, but there will also be elements of agency work.”
He has been with BNP PRE since 2006, after it acquired his business, Neilson Holt.
Holt Consult will be based in Romsey and the firm will focus on the central South Coast region.
Lambert Smith Hampton’s Southampton-based director Steve Williams will replace Holt.
