BNP Paribas Real Estate has chosen Great Portland Estates’ Kent House, W1, for its new West End office.
The company has taken a lease assignment from Praxient running until 2017 for around 4,000 sq ft on the second floor of the Market Place building.
The space will be used to house the West End agency and investment team. It will also be home to some of the property management and professional services staff.
Quoting rent is understood to be £67.50 per sq ft.
BNP PRE will relocate to the building in January from just over 3,000 sq ft at Roxburghe House W1.
