Brothers Rob and Will Bolton, partners in Altitude Real Estate, have launched a development company called Real Estate View.
The new company, which will trade as Review Partners, will focus on sourcing investment and development opportunities across the residential sector.
Real Estate View will be based in St Pancras Square, N1.
Both will continue as partners of Altitude Real Estate. Prior to this, Rob worked for the Berkeley Group and Argent Estates, and Will was a former equity partner at Harvey Spack Field. Together, the directors have more than 50 years of UK real estate experience.
Commenting on the launch, Rob Bolton, said: “Review Partners has been created because the directors have identified a strong pipeline of residential sites that are considered simply too complex for traditional developers to tackle.”
