Bond Wolfe will offer a range of commercial properties at its 27 October auction, leading with three Birmingham City Council lots.
First to go under the hammer will be Merit House, Stanhope Street, Bordesley – a two-storey property with commercial ground rents, at a guide price of £160,000+.
Next will be 11 Pentos Drive, guided at £70,000+, followed by the freehold commercial ground rent on land and premises at 64 Cato Street, which has a guide price of £300,000+.
Another auction highlight is a former church in Coventry, which provides a significant city centre redevelopment opportunity. The site, on St Columba’s Close, has a long leasehold of 1,000 years from 1664.
