Bonus expectations are on the rise among employees at financial services companies within the U.K. capital, with managing directors anticipating a 21% rise in their bonuses to an average £124,680, according to a survey by recruitment company Astbury Marsden.
The number of executives forecasting an increase in bonuses has risen to 40% from 34% a year earlier, while those expecting to benefit from a bonus rose to 66% from 61%.
More than half those surveyed, 54%, planned to change jobs if their bonuses failed to match expectations, up from 45% a year ago.
