Sedley Place, the Corporation of London’s and Welbeck Land’s Oxford Street, W1, redevelopment, is set to secure the largest West End retail letting this year.
Boots is to take a 48,000 sq ft flagship store at the scheme at 355-361 Oxford Street, paying a rent of around £3m pa.
Boots is investing up to £240m in new store openings.
Sedley Place also includes two restaurants, 6,000 sq ft of offices, six arcade units and six apartments.
It is expected to be completed by December 2004.
