Boots the Chemists has taken 240 sq m (2,550 sq ft) of retail space in Richmond-upon-Thames to be one of its new “cosmetics and fragrance only” stores.
The retailer, represented by Healey & Baker, took the site on a 15-year lease from Axa Sun Life at £185,000 pa. Colliers CRE acted for the landlord.
The new stores, called Pure Beauty, will also be set up in London’s Covent Garden and in Manchester, where sites have already been acquired.
