Boston Consulting doubles Broadwick St HQ space

Boston Consulting’s digital arm has doubled its current headquarters footprint at Great Portland Estates’ 30 Broadwick Street, W1.

Boston Consulting Digital Ventures has taken an extra 14,500 sq ft floor at the building, bringing its total occupancy to nearly 30,000 sq ft.

Simultaneously, the parent company is also in expansion mode: it currently occupies 52,000 sq ft of office space at 20 Manchester Square, W1, and has instructed Cushman & Wakefield to look for a new headquarters building of up to 150,000 sq ft.

The parent, BCG, had been in talks to lease the space at nearby GPE’s Hanover Square Estate, which is held in a 50:50 joint venture with the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, but those talks are thought to have broken down because the scheme can will only start after the opening of delivery of Crossrail next year.

The quoting rent at 30 Broadwick Street is £97.50, and only the fourth floor is now remaining.

Edward Charles & Partners and Colliers International advise GPE on 30 Broadwick Street.
