Alex Lawrie Factors — a Lloyds Bank subsidiary — have taken 12,175 sq ft of the first phase in London & Edinburgh Trust’s Botleigh Grange office campus at Botley near Southampton. ALF will occupy the ground floor of the 25,000-sq ft Vanbrugh House at a rent of about £16 per sq ft.
The deal is the second letting at Botleigh Grange in a month. Equitable Life have agreed to take 12,449 sq ft in the 250,000-sq ft second phase known as Jellicoe House.
