Boultbee buys Pru’s interest in Bromley office block

Prudential has sold its long leasehold interest in Northside House, Bromley, South London, to Boultbee Land for £8.28m.

The 53,037 sq ft (4,927 sq m) office block produces a net income of £725,000 pa and the sale reflects a net initial yield of 8.3%.

The six-storey building is let to a variety of tenants including the Post Office, Norwich Union, HSBC and Marks & Spencer.
