Boultbee Brooks Real Estate has sold London office building 50-52 Paul Street, E2, for £13.5m.
The 25,000 sq ft property was sold to a private UK party.
The sale comes less than two years after BBRE bought the block for £9.3m.
Managing director Clive Boultbee-Brooks said: “We are happy to have completed this sale of the six-storey freehold office building in Shoreditch, and will continue to actively manage our portfolio and seek additional opportunities in and around London.”
Aurum Real Estate advised the vendor; the buyer was not represented.
