Bourne End disposals net £7.4m
Bourne End Properties has netted £7.4m from the sale of three office and retail units taking its total sales this year to £37.5m.
The units sold comprise:

- a 3734 sq m (40,200 sq ft) unit on a retail park in Longbenton, Tyne and Wear, sold for £3.8m cash
- a 1950 sq m (21,000 sq ft) office block in Solihull, sold for £2.75m
- a 1291 sq m (13,900 sq ft) Magnet store in Winnersh, Berkshire, sold for £1.05m to the Glerimore Property Fund.
