Boutique hotel coming to Waterloo

Lambeth Council has approved plans for a 66-bedroom boutique hotel and shops near Waterloo Station at 100-108 Lower Marsh Road, SE1.

The existing parade of shops will be turned into six shops covering 6,900 sq ft in total and a 24,339 sq ft hotel.

The site will be developed by Max Barney and is owned by the Bard family, which owns property across London.

BC Retail is advising on both the retail and hotel element of the scheme, which is scheduled for completion in summer 2019.
