Bouygues Inmobiliaria, the company created from the merger of Stim Batir and France Construction, is looking to move into new markets.
Francios Bertière, vice-president and director general of the company, says the merger is to create a more efficient company that will have more clout in the market place.
In 1998 the firm has built 5,500 dwellings across France and 150,000m² of office space. Business activity was up 30% on the same period last year with the firm operating in 17 French cities, Germany and Spain. Operations in Spain started 10 years ago with a turnover last year of 37.65m (Pts 6.26bn)
