Bouygues Developments has won planning permission for the regeneration of Addlestone town centre in Surrey.
The French developer’s scheme comprises 70,000 sq ft of shops, a 101-bed Premier Inn hotel, a six-screen cinema and 213 flats.
The 5.8-acre development has a gross value of £70m.
The plans were approved by Runnymede borough council.
Work is expected to start on site in the first quarter of 2015 and complete in 2017.
Broadway Malyan designed the scheme and Nexus Planning advised on planning.
