Bouygues is to develop a £28m student housing scheme in Southampton for Knightsbridge Student Housing.
The scheme on St Mary’s Road will include 467 student flats as well as 3,100 sq ft of retail space.
The project received planning permission in September and is set for completion by September 2016.
