Bovis Homes’ independent three-star rating could be cut to two today.
The rating is based on a survey of homeowners by the Home Builders Federation. The average rating is four stars out of a possible five.
Redrow on Tuesday withdrew its offer for Bovis, saying it had carried out additional analysis after its bid was rejected, but that it had decided an increased offer was not in its shareholders’ best interests.
