Consultancy Bow & Arrow has taken the fifth floor at the FA’s former West End headquarters, W1.
The company has signed a 10-year lease with a five-year break clause for 4,381 sq ft at Aviva Investors’ 25 Soho Square.
It is believed to have paid just over £65 per sq ft for the offices.
The building was home to the FA before it moved to Wembley in 2009. Aviva purchased the building the following year for £39m and undertook a refurbishment, which completed in summer 2012.
Bow & Arrow is relocating from 1,747 sq ft at 15 Greek Street, W1.
H2SO and Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord; Edward Charles & Partners acted for Bow & Arrow.
