Wilson Bowden has bought the former 1ha (2.5 acres) Corrugated Products’ site in Bracknell for £9m, ahead of Akeler and Development Securities.
The site was placed under offer with an unconditional bid, with a view to developing a 6,500 sq m (70,000 sq ft) office scheme.
GVA Grimley received at least 12 bids while marketing the site.
Its principal associate Roger Waddams declined to comment.
