Lloyds TSB has assigned the head lease on the 3,660 sq m (39,400 sq ft) No 1 Triangle Business Park near Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, to BP Mobil.
The oil company will use the building as a customer support centre. It is paying a passing rent of £505,000 pa with a small rent-free period.
Lloyds has also taken a sub-lease on some 1,161sq m (12,500 sq ft) of space on ground floor level. It plans to sub-let that space in 279 sq m (3,000 sq ft) suites at a quoting rent of £145 per sq m (£13:50 per sq ft).
Lloyds has appointed Downer Duff and Aitchison Raffety as joint letting agents. Downer Duff and Aitchisons also acted for Lloyds TSB on the sale of the head lease.
