British Petroleum has signed up for about 3,700 sq m (40,000 sq ft) at Pinners Hall, 105-108 Old Broad Street, EC2 (pictured). Deal terms are rumoured to involve a 15-year lease, an agreed rent in the low £322.92 per sq m (£30 per sq ft) range and a rent free period.
