B&Q has a taken a new 10-year lease at its 800,000 sq ft Redhouse Distribution Centre in Doncaster.
Logicor, which owns the property, said the DIY retailer would start the new, break-free lease as its old one ends in December 2023.
Tom Blakely, Logicor’s director of asset management, said: “Redhouse is a well-established base for B&Q, who have been a valued customer since 2003.”
