British Rail Property Board’s former headquarters at 222 Marylebone Road, London NW1, is on the market again, just six months after it was sold for £15m.
The Marylebone Development Co are offering the building, with a new planning permission for hotel use, through Richard Ellis.
The company — who do not include SAS International Hotels, as previously reported — were formed specifically to buy the property.
